Room delivery policy

Successful reservations will be confirmed by us via text message, phone call, email or other communication support apps.

– Check-in time: after 14:00

– Check-out time: before 12 o'clock

Early check-in will be supported depending on room availability at that time.

• Early check-in 30 minutes: Free depending on room availability
• Check-in earlier than half an hour to 4 o'clock (ie after 10 am): Surcharge 50% room cost/day
• Check-in earlier than 4 hours (ie before 10 am): Surcharge 100% room cost/day

Late check-out will be accommodated depending on room availability at the time.

Late check-out 30 minutes before: Free depending on room availability

• Late check-out after 30 minutes until before 16:00: Surcharge 50% room cost/day
• Late check-out after 16:00: Surcharge 100% room cost/day

Children under 3 years old are free

Children from 3 to 9 years old are charged 50% adult fee

Children over 9 years old are charged 100% adult fee

Exchange, check-out and refund policy

Room change policy

You will be assisted in changing rooms depending on room availability at that time. Fees are charged based on the difference in room price being exchanged.

In case you want to change to a room with a lower value than the room booked, the difference will not be refunded.

Check-in date change policy

You will be assisted in changing your check-in date depending on room availability at that time. Fees are calculated based on the difference in room price on the date of change.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation 5 days before the check-in date, UMI STAY SOLUTIONS will refund 100% the amount paid.

If you cancel your reservation within 05 days of the check-in date, the cancellation fee will be calculated at 50% of the entire room cost.

If you submit a request to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the check-in date, the cancellation fee will be calculated at 100% total room cost.

Reservations made during holidays/New Year in the current year (according to regulations of the State of Vietnam), will not be canceled or changed.

Refunds will be confirmed and refunded via bank transfer 30 days from the date of refund confirmation.
